How to Make Copycat Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter

  1. In a large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer, add heavy whipping cream. With your stand mixer or hand mixer, beat your cream on high until it forms into butter, and separates from the liquid, which is now buttermilk. This will take a few minutes.
  2. Take the butter out and place it in a cheesecloth or kitchen towel. Store buttermilk in separate container to use for other recipes. If using a cheesecloth, fold it four times.
  3. Add butter back to a dry bowl and add in the honey, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together.
  4. Transfer to your jar or other airtight container for 3 weeks to a month and refrigerate.
