Everyone would want to know the recipe for instant pot popcorn right after the first bite. Here is how you can make these tempting popcorns:
- Turn on the saute mode of your Instant Pot and let it become hot. Once hot, add some butter and wait until it melts completely.
- Add popcorn kernels to the Instant Pot and add salt. Give the popcorn kernels a good stir to coat them in salt and butter evenly.
- Cover the Instant Pot with a lid to trap heat. After some time, the kernels will start to pop. Don’t turn off the Instant Pot until the popping sound in the pot stops, at least 20 seconds.
- Transfer the popcorn to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure not to add any unpopped kernels to the sheet with popcorn.
- Take a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate wafers to it and microwave for 30 second intervals to melt the wafers stirring continuously.
- Once all the chocolate is melted, pour it over your popcorn on the prepared baking sheets ensuring all gets well-coated with the melted chocolate.
- Then, mix marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham crackers into the chocolate-coated popcorns.
- Allow the popcorns to cool down completely to room temperature. For quick cooling, you can keep them in the refrigerator.
