How to Make Lucky Charms Bars
- Add parchment paper to a 9X13 baking sheet. Make sure to have the paper going over the sides of the pan, and then grease it with nonstick spray. Set the pan to the side.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the marshmallows from the cereal and set it aside. This will be used later.
- In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the marshmallows and stir until they are melted and smooth. Take the pan off the heat.
- Add the cereal to the marshmallows and stir well.
- Pour the cereal mixture into the pan and use a greased spoon to spread it into an even layer. Scatter the rest of the marshmallows over the top and press them down gently.
- Let the bars cool down and set. This will take about 30 minutes to an hour. Take the bars out by lifting up the paper and then cut them into pieces.
- Melt the chocolate in 30-second increments. Stir between each time period. Do this until melted fully, and then dip the bottom of the bars into the chocolate. Make sure that some come up the side of the bars as well.
