All About Pancakes

Rumor has it that pancakes have been around since approximately the Stone Age. Whether this is true or not, we can see why they’ve managed to become a household standard.

Pancakes can be made simple or complex, depending upon your time constraints and on-hand ingredients.

Also, the versatility of the pancake can make them suitable for breakfast or dinner with the replacement of the sugar contents.

And what’s best is that because of the advancement of modern food technology, pancakes can be made out of practically anything!

What was once only catering to the traditional milk, butter, and wheat flour crowd, has now adapted to include variations for vegan, paleo, vegetarian and keto diets!

This means that pancakes have claimed their stake as being one of the most adaptable food items on the market today and will continue to live on for another 30,000+ years.
