How To Make The Peppermint Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
- Gather the three ingredients together so that you are ready to get cracking. Take your graham crackers and break them in half so that you form two squares from each cracker. Take the parchment paper and place a piece of parchment onto a baking sheet.
- Melt the white almond bark or the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl for 30-second increments, stirring in between. Continue to stir until melted. Be careful as you don’t want to burn the chocolate.
- Dip both sides of the crackers into the melted almond bark or chocolate to get that chocolate coating. Allow any excess chocolate or almond bark to drip off the crackers, then place the crackers on the parchment paper, making sure to give a little space between to allow for space for the chocolate to spread if needed.
- Sprinkle the tops of the crackers with crushed peppermint.
- Allow the crackers to set. This can take up to 30 minutes to an hour depending on how humid your home is.
- Enjoy your peppermint chocolate-covered crispy graham crackers.

Recipe Variations
Want to add some different toppings? Why not! This is great with edible glitter and other candies that you might want to add. You could even add crushed biscuits or things like Oreos if you want to create a different flavor. This is something that you can get creative with.
Don’t want to use almond bark or white chocolate? Then why not use different melted chocolate like milk or dark chocolate instead? It can still be made in the same way it will just look a little different and have a stronger flavor. Dark and milk chocolate works well with peppermint flavors.
Perfect for other times of the year. These are a good option for a baby shower where you can decorate some with pink toppings and some with blue. They can also be created for birthdays and red and white are ideal for Valentine’s day.

Tips & Tricks
