Storage

Good news for Polynesian Sauce fans. Once you make it, it will last in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.

Just make sure you store it in an airtight container or a sealed mason jar to keep the sauce fresh and then use it as and when you need to.

It is ideal to have your delicious sauces to hand when ever you need them. Especially if there is a sauce shortage.

You can freeze this sauce if desired.

If you like to use it as a dipping sauce. We like to freeze in ice cube trays first, then pop them out and store in a freezer safe container in the freezer for up to 6 months.

This way, you can get individual servings out instead of thawing the whole container.

If you use this as a glaze, it’s probably easier to store it all together in a freezer safe bag or container.
