How Long Do Overnight Oats Take In The Fridge?

We recommend soaking them and chilling them in the fridge for a minimum of 4-6 hours, best overnight.

How Can You Tell If Overnight Oats Are Bad?

If you’re looking to make sure you’re oats are still good and haven’t gone bad, the things you need to check for BEFORE consuming are: mold, any bad smells and any odd discoloration.

If you see any mold growing on the surface, chuck the whole thing. Always give your food a sniff test- if it smells odd, don’t chance it and if you see any odd or unusual discoloration then always discard it and start fresh with a new batch.

Store your overnight oats in a sealed, air tight container. We recommend using a Mason Jar (go figure lol) for best quality.

Once you’ve opened your oats and started using them, they’re good in storage for 6-9 months.
