Pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice make these Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Mason Jars a tasty yet healthy treat! This jar of creamy, smooth, protein packed deliciousness is perfect for crisp fall weather.

What if you could enjoy your pumpkin pie on a plate AND in your cup? Seriously, who would ever know?
I’m a sucker for fall weather, and I have a habit of reviewing other people’s pumpkin pies (or at least that’s my excuse for grabbing a take-home slice- I’m testing it).
So when the chance came to me one morning to whip up a pumpkin-inspired mason jar, I jumped at it!
And with keeping in line with breakfast, I opted for a pumpkin pie smoothie blend that fell off the beaten track.
It was an instant hit with my crew!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothies Are Perfect For
- Fall weather
- Post Workouts
- Great way to use leftover pumpkin puree cans
- Afternoon desserts
- Take on a fall walk
- Enjoying at a football game
- Sippin on with a few soft pumpkin cookies
These pumpkin smoothie jars seriously give the classic pumpkin pie a run for its money.
Blending the maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and spice together gives it that authentic touch while the greek yogurt and banana ooze breakfast appeal.
Now, I was tempted to toss in a few rolled oats but decided because of the richness of the mix that it wasn’t needed. However, I haven’t completely crossed it off my list as for the days I’m looking to take this for my cardio sessions, I add it in for a bulking replacement for protein powder.
Pumpkin smoothie jars are fun to make and will leave your kitchen smelling heavenly!

Hey Kelsey, I hope you enjoy the smoothie. Chia Seeds aren't required, they're just a variation in this recipe, so try any of the other variations listed. If you're looking for seeds with similar benefits, try some flax seeds if you can have them. I hope these tips help and I hope you LOVE your homemade pumpkin smoothie.
