How To Make The S’mores Frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat)
- In your blender, add coffee, milk, vanilla creamer, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, chocolate syrup, and ice. Blend until the ice is chopped up. For as close to a frozen frappe results as possible, freeze mixture for a couple hours, but this is optional.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the marshmallow fluff and whipped cream with a mixer.
- Divide this mixture between the two mason jars.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup to each mason jar. Divide the frappe mixture between the two jars.
- Top with whipped cream marshmallow mixture and sprinkle more graham cracker crumbs and chocolate syrup on top. Serve and enjoy.


Recipe Variations
Can I make a decaffeinated version? Absolutely. Just use decaf coffee instead and then follow the recipe as stated. This means that you can make it kid-friendly as well because let’s face it, kids already have enough energy.
Don’t have a blender? It does make things easier to have a blender but you could improvise with a hand blender. In this case, it may be better to use crushed ice instead of cubes.
Fancy not using coffee at all? You could make a mocha instead. Substitute the coffee for extra milk and perhaps even add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This will intensify the chocolate flavor. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth. You can even get some mocha drizzle.
Want to make it more creamy? Instead of using all whole milk you can use half and half with heavy cream, or just use heavy cream instead.
