How To Make The White Mocha Coffee Bomb

    1. In a microwave-safe bowl, using 30-second intervals, melt the white chocolate bark or melting chocolate. Stirring between each interval until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
    2. Transfer 1-2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each mold and spread it around to get even coverage. Let the chocolate set, and then repeat a second time to let the sphere shape become thicker and easier to work with. Allow the second coat of chocolate to set before trying to remove it from the mold.
    3. Once the chocolate has set, carefully turn the mold upside down and remove the half chocolate spheres.  Set out all 6 pieces.
    4. In 3 of the shells, add in 1 tablespoon of the instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of hot cocoa mix, and about ½ of the mini marshmallows. It’s okay of the mini marshmallows are heaping as they just need to fit inside the closed chocolate molds.
    5. Place any remaining white melted chocolate in a piping bag and cut a small hole in the tip. If you have run out of chocolate, you can put some directly in the bag and microwave it for 30-second intervals again as you did before. Be sure you’re kneading it between each microwave session, until it’s melted.  Let the chocolate to cool down before using, or you will melt your bomb as you work.
    6. Drizzle the chocolate around one half circle and place on top of another. Then drizzle more along the seam between the two and use your fingers to smooth the chocolate out. Let the chocolate to set, and decorate the bomb as you wish. We like to decorate over the seam so that it doesn’t look so obvious that it is there. You can use sprinkles or edible glitter, whatever you have on hand.
    7. To decorate the top of the bombs, we spiraled the white chocolate over half of the coffee bomb, and then put on clear sparkling sugar sprinkles, and then crumbled a small bit of instant coffee on top. You do what makes you happy.
    8. Serve these mocha coffee bombs by dropping them in a cup full of warm water or milk, or pouring warm water or milk over them. Stir and enjoy.
