Ingredients
  

  • cup pumpkin puree
  • cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your Mason Jars and stir everything together. Put on your lid and screw it on tight. Alternatively, you can mix everything in a jar and then spoon into storage jars if you prefer.
  • Store in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Garnish with more toppings in the morning if desired.

Notes

If you like thicker oats for breakfast, you can use less milk.
