Pumpkin Overnight Oats
Enjoy this easy, healthy Pumpkin Overnight Oats recipe. It's the perfect breakfast on the go, great for meal planning and so delish!
- ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
- ⅔ cup almond milk
- ¾ cup oats
- 2 tablespoons walnuts chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Add all ingredients to your Mason Jars and stir everything together. Put on your lid and screw it on tight. Alternatively, you can mix everything in a jar and then spoon into storage jars if you prefer.
Store in the refrigerator overnight.
Garnish with more toppings in the morning if desired.
If you like thicker oats for breakfast, you can use less milk.
