  • 2 packages Fortune Yakisoba Soy Ginger Stir Fry Noodles and flavor packet
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ carrots shredded
  • ½ cup grape tomatoes sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli cooked or steamed
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ¼ Tablespoon garlic
  • 1 cup leftover steak
  • dash lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 extra package of Stir Fry Noodles optional


  • Start by using warm water to separate ramen noodles in the package.
  • Using medium to high heat, higher heat is best, heat oil in the saucepan or wok.
  • Saute your onions and garlic a few minutes until translucent. Add in carrots, tomatoes and broccoli and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add in soy sauce, noodles, water, garlic and flavor packet to the veggies in the wok. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring everything together.
  • Add in your meat, stirring everything together still. Add in lemon. Salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
  • Once everything is all mixed together, cooked and ready, plate or add to jar and add garnishes and enjoy.
