This simple Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe is fast and easy to make! Full of fresh fruit flavor and perfect to drizzle on a strawberry spinach salad.

Ingredients
  

  • ⅔  cup strawberries chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest about 1 large lime
  • ⅓ cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Put all of your ingredients in a blender except olive oil. Mix well until combined. You may need to scrape the sides to make sure every fully incorporates when blending.
  • Once your strawberry mixture is fully mixed, add in your olive oil. If using a food processor, slowly pour in your olive oil. If using a blender, add in about 1/2 of your olive oil. Blend. Add in the remaining amount. Blend.
