Air Fryer Cornbread is incredibly delicious and super easy to make. Make the best cornbread muffins, loaf or bites with this homemade cornbread mix.

- 1 ½ cup milk
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour all-purpose
- 8 Tablespoons salted butter melted
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
In your mixing bowl, mix all of the dry and wet ingredients together.
Use the ice cream scoop and scoop your cornbread mixture into the silicone muffin molds so they're 3/4 of the way full.
Place your muffins in the Air Fryer in a single layer, work in batches if necessary, and air fry at 330°F for 10 minutes or until they have nice golden brown tops.
Repeat steps 2-3 until each small batch of muffins is cooked.
